Integrations

Connect the systems you already run.

The Globalnetrix platform uses APIs and purpose-built adapters to connect enterprise applications to governed workflows.

The objective is not to replace CRM, ERP, BSS/OSS, banking, payment, service-management or internal systems. It is to coordinate actions across them.

Connector landscape. Connector categories covering telecom, financial, business and custom systems, with the adapter framework beneath for organisation-specific services.

A common action model across different APIs.

Every enterprise API exposes different objects, authentication patterns and service operations.

The integration layer translates those differences into consistent actions that workflows can call through one governed model. That separation keeps workflow logic from becoming a collection of one-off API implementations.

Integration model. A central execution layer connecting business systems on one side to industry and custom systems on the other, exposing a normalised action model.

Integration categories

CRM — Customer and account data, service requests, case context and related operations.

ERP — Business records, operational processes and enterprise resource workflows.

Telecom BSS / OSS — Customer, billing, provisioning and service-management workflows.

Core banking & payments — Controlled service calls across banking and payment environments.

Customer service platforms — Cases, requests, customer context and operational hand-offs.

BI & analytics — Operational data retrieval and reporting inputs.

Internal applications — Organisation-specific systems exposed through documented interfaces.

Custom REST APIs — Custom services connected through the adapter framework.

Connector availability

Specific connector availability is confirmed during technical review against the target system, interface version, authentication model and required actions.

For a qualified opportunity, the integration review identifies the systems involved, required actions, available interfaces, approval requirements, data exchanged and any organisation-specific adapter work.

Integration is only one part of execution.

A connected API is not automatically a safe automated workflow.

The Globalnetrix platform combines integration with permission checks, workflow rules, human approval where required and an execution record around the resulting actions.
